Customer Issue: Mr. Kachow had complaints from his top floor tenants about hot and cold drafts, so he decided to add some attic insulation.
Our Solution: Clearing everything out of the attic and cleaning it was the hard part. Once the attic was ready, cutting and attaching the fiberglass sheets and spraying in the foam was methodical work. Then, everything had to be returned to the attic and reorganized.

Customer Issue: Rats in the house.
Our Solution: Our team first placed traps to catch the rats that were already inside the house. We checked for existing nests signs and decontaminated the area we found one in. After examining the surroundings for potential entry points, we sealed all the minor gaps and cracks with proofing material.

Customer Issue: Damaged and Soiled Insulation.
Our Solution: Since the problem was caused by rodents, we had to remove the existing insulation before cleaning and decontaminating the whole area. Then we sealed up all entry holes to prevent another rodent infestation and installed new insulation.

Customer Issue: Heat Loss. 
Our Solution: First we sealed up major air leaks around the bathroom fan and chimney vent chase. Next, we plugged the open joist cavities under the knee walls. Finally, we filled the smaller openings around duct boots and plumbing pipes.

Customer Issue: Needed new insulation for home addition.
Our Solution: We removed all construction debris, swept and cleaned the attic. Then, we sealed all air leaks and applied spray foam insulation to cover the entire attic and crawl space areas.

Customer Issue: Birds and rodents were entering his attic, building nests, and leaving behind feces which could be smelled within the home.
Our Solution: We rescreened all the vents to the attic and set traps. Later we removed the remains and nests and added some additional insulation at the customer's request.

Customer Issue: Needed insulation replaced after a fire in his kitchen.
Our Solution: We removed all debris from the affected areas of the attic, swept and cleaned the floors, sealed all air openings, and installed new replacement insulation where needed.
